Great Lakes Anesthesiology

ALIX RICE PEACE PARK FOUNDATION

Great Lakes Anesthesiology is honored to support the construction of the Alix Rice Skate Park in Amherst NY. It will be a safe, centrally located skate park available to all Amherst residents. Alexandria “Alix” Rice was an exceptional, fun, and loving young woman. She was riding home on her long board on July 8, 2011 from her part time job when she was struck by a drunk driver. Although she lost her life that night,

her legacy will not be defined by this tragedy.
